The Women’s Fund continues its support of emergency services grant funding to Moraine Park Technical College. The fund works to ensure female students from Fond du Lac County attending MPTC don’t drop out due to unforeseen financial circumstances. Eligible expenses include medications/medical care, travel, food, utilities, child care, rent and other essential needs. A max of $250 per semester per student can be awarded. Students applying for funds must be enrolled in a MPTC program, carrying at least 6 credits, have a minimum 2.0 GPA and provide evidence of financial hardship. This grant meets three funding priorities: Education; Economic Self-Sifficiency; and Safety, Dignity and Freedom from Violence.
