As we reflect on 2025, we are filled with gratitude for all we have accomplished together to uplift women and girls in our community. This year was one of growth, transition, and forward progress—proof that when women support women, we all rise.
Because of your support, one of our proudest milestones is launching our new initiative: Confidence is Power. Health is Strength. You Are Enough. Through innovative programs, education series, community conversations, and targeted grantmaking, this focus is designed to help women and girls build self-esteem, strengthen their mental wellness, and reclaim confidence in how they see themselves. Together we’re building a culture that promotes confidence, compassion, and connection. We also are continuing to build on the momentum of Girl-Powered Giving, now entering its second year. This program empowers young girls to develop leadership and philanthropy skills, preparing the next generation of changemakers
to understand the power of giving back.As we move into a new year, though our four strategic focuses, We Research, We Convene, We Invest, and We Advocate & Act, we remain committed in addressing the issues that matter most to women and girls in the Fond du Lac area. As board president, I am inspired to carry this work forward, for the legacy of women who came before me, for my daughter, and for all the girls who deserve to grow up in a community that lifts them up, just as this organization has for over two decades.
