Ripple Effect
A little girl stands on the shore of the lake, she reaches down and picks up a pebble at her toe. With all her might, she heaves it as far as she can over the water’s still glassy top and watches it drop into Lake Winnebago with a splash. She stands at the shoreline, watching in wonder as tiny waves spread across the surface, disappearing at the edge.

We know this as “the ripple effect.” One tiny action leads to impactful reactions that reverberate beyond their humble beginning. This is especially true in leadership. Leaders carry great responsibility to act with foresight, knowing their decisions can affect those well beyond their network and their time, just as the pebble’s splash echoed throughout the waters.

At Leadercast Women 2020, our cast of women leadership experts will share how they’ve leveraged change around them and used their influence to make impressions beyond their reach. Attendees will see firsthand how focused intentionality and dedication can be used to transform the world.

  • 6 Thursdays, beginning Oct. 15, 2020 through Nov. 19, 2020
  • 7 a.m. or 7 p.m. Speaker Streams, followed by Local Discussion Groups via Zoom
  • Virtually (links will be sent as each event approaches)
  • $20* per speaker; any 3 speakers of choice for $50; or all 6 for $100**

Event details: Only 200 tickets available per speaker. Each session to last no more than 2 hours with speaker (1 to 1.5 hours) and live online discussion facilitated by local Fond du Lac leaders to follow each (30 minutes). Links to speaker stream sent within 24 hours of each event.

Something come up preventing you from logging in at 7 a.m. or 7 p.m. start times? No worries! Speaker links will be live for up to 48 hours after event start. Although we want to have you watch with us and discuss after for the full experience, we realize schedules are different these days and we want you to have flexibility.
