The Children’s Museum of Fond du Lac is more than exhibits. This grant will support the Coding with Dot and Dash program, giving girls in grades 3-5 a computer science experience to introduce them to a field that is largely underrepresented by women. Local women currently in computer science careers will role model as volunteers. The Women’s Fund is supporting these efforts particularly in local Title 1 schools. The program aligns with three of our funding priorities: Education, Leadership Development and Economic Self-Sufficiency.
