Girlology: New Initiative Launch

We’re launching an immersive and educational series designed to spark a powerful shift in how women and girls see themselves, their bodies, and their worth.
This isn’t just a program, it’s a community call to action to embrace mental wellness, reject unrealistic beauty standards, and prevent substance misuse through confidence, education, and connection.
What to Expect
Starting this summer and promoted during Mental Health Awareness Month in May, this series will feature monthly export led workshops covering:
- Body image & mental wellness
- Social media & self-worth
- Nutrition, movement, and confidence
- Redefining beauty standards
- Self-care for long-term empowerment
Each session will be interactive, supportive, and packed with practical tools to build self-esteem, resilience, and body respect.
Why it Matters
- 40-70% of girls are unhappy with their bodies.
- over 50% engage in unhealthy weight control behaviors.
- Poor body image has a direct link to mental health issues and substance misuse.
Together, we can change that story.
