2024 Girl-Powered Giving Grant Application – Deadline November 11th, 11:59pm

We are excited to introduce the Girl-Powered Giving grant application, a unique opportunity created by junior and senior girls from area high schools. These students are part of the Women’s Fund-led Girl-Powered Giving program, where they gain valuable leadership, philanthropy, and decision-making skills. Through this program, they have developed this grant application to support initiatives that align with the mission of empowering women and girls in our community. We encourage organizations to apply and partner with these inspiring young women in their efforts to create positive change.

This year’s focus of Girl-Powered Giving grant funds of up to $5,000, as identified by the Girl-Powered Giving participants, is “financial support for single moms, teen moms, or families in poverty.” The proposed program/project’s alignment with that focus will be a critical factor in the decision-making process of awarding the grant or grants (should the students decide to split up the $5,000 that is available to them to award). Girl-Powered Giving grant applications are due Monday, November 11th at 11:59 pm. More than one grant application can be submitted for consideration.
