Congratulations Laurice Snyder!

The Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund joyfully celebrates Laurice Snyder as the 2024 Woman of Achievement, honoring her exceptional dedication to fostering Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in our community and beyond. 

Laurice Snyder has been a transformational leader and advocate throughout her distinguished career. From her impactful work as a DEIB Consultant with CESA 6 to her roles as the DEI Coordinator of Equity for the Fond du Lac School District and Diversity Relations Manager with Moraine Park Technical College, she has championed change and inclusivity at every step. Her efforts have inspired countless individuals and organizations to embrace diversity and celebrate the power of connection.

Jolene Schatzinger, Executive Director of the Women’s Fund, reflected on Snyder’s profound impact, saying, “Laurice embodies the heart of what it means to create meaningful change. She leads with care, grace, and authenticity, building bridges and inspiring hope. Her work reminds us all of the transformative power of sharing our stories and celebrating the threads that bind us together.” Laurice’s journey is one of compassion, courage, and empowerment. From a young age, she witnessed the challenges faced by others and carried with her the wisdom of her mother’s teachings: that everyone possesses unique gifts worth sharing. Today, she continues to help women and girls discover their voices, embrace their strengths, and find joy in every step of their journey.
