The Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund proudly celebrates Lacey Sadoff as the 2023 Women of Achievement award recipient!
This prestigious honor recognizes women who have left a lasting impact on our community through visionary leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, and philanthropy—and Lacey embodies all of these qualities and more. As a fourth-generation co-owner and president of Badger Liquor, Wisconsin’s largest wine and spirits distributor, Lacey continues to strengthen the legacy of her family and business. Raised in Fond du Lac, her deep-rooted connection to the region shines through her leadership and dedication to giving back.
Beyond her business success, Lacey’s commitment to the arts, culture, and community is unwavering. She serves on the board of trustees for the THELMA Sadoff Center for the Arts, Milwaukee Film, and Radio Milwaukee, and played a key role in establishing the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America’s Leadership Council. Her generosity and vision have also been instrumental in advancing initiatives within the Fond du Lac Area Women’s Fund, including critical funding for the Green Dot Bystander Intervention Training program—the only community model of its kind in Wisconsin.
Her achievements continue to be recognized beyond our community as well. In 2023, she was honored with a Titan 100 award, distinguishing her among the state’s most accomplished business leaders for her exceptional vision, leadership, and passion.
Lacey Sadoff’s impact is truly inspiring, and we are thrilled to celebrate her as a Woman of Achievement!
