The Fond du Lac Women’s Fund is proud to celebrate Dottie Keenan, the 2015 Woman of Achievement Award recipient, whose unwavering dedication and service to the community have left a lasting impact.
As the founder of Loaves and Fishes, a program dedicated to supporting those in need, Dottie has played a pivotal role in providing nourishment and hope to many in our community. She also helped found Bethany House, now known as Solutions Center, a homeless shelter that continues to provide shelter and services to those facing life’s most difficult challenges.
Dottie’s commitment to service extends beyond these initiatives. She was an active member of Service League, the American Red Cross, and St. Joseph’s Parish, where she also contributed to the Catholic school system and served on its School Board. She further supported the community as part of Mobile Meals, delivering warmth and care to individuals in need.
Dottie’s compassion and tireless commitment to helping others have inspired countless individuals, making her a true champion of kindness, service, and community.
Congratulations, Dottie! Your legacy of giving continues to inspire us all!
